Ophir's Role
Ophir built a WhatsApp AI receptionist. An AI agent (powered by Claude) routes every incoming message, checks urgency, answers from a clinic FAQ, and uses tools to check availability, book or reschedule against a live Google Calendar and log every booking to Google Sheets. Scheduled automations send day-before reminders with confirm / reschedule / cancel, and post-visit follow-ups with aftercare tips and a review request; emergencies are escalated to the front desk.
